I appreciate your links, Trevor. I was very interested in Boyd's responses and found them to be extremely well-written, reasonable and wise. It's too bad that we cannot make Boyd's words as ubiquitous as Martha's, but I suppose that people who are truly looking to read both sides will be able to find what Boyd has written.
