The "nudie-slasher flick" bit seems a bit stretched based upon a
purported opening shot when *how* the shot is done clearly will vary
a lot. For instance one could call a film about Adam and Eve, even
where there was no shown nudity, a "nudie-frolick in the jungle flick."
Claiming it is going to be a hard-R for sex seems a bit of a
stretch. Although I honestly wouldn't be shocked if Dutcher, like
many LDS film makers works (or has worked) on R-rated films. There
have been many made in Utah, including Final Destination 3 as I
recall, and I know plenty of LDS folks working in film have worked on
these.
Even if there is some truth to this story I bet things are getting
more than a tad distorted.
