If you are interested in pre-riding LOTOJA in two days on Friday August
22nd and Saturday August 23rd please contact me. My plan is to ride from
Preston, ID to Smoot, Wy for a distance of approximately 86 miles on the
first day and Smoot to Teton village on the second, again for a distance of
approximately 86 miles. I could use a volunteer to help with shuttling, or
a really really generous person to drive a travel trailer for the riders :)
Here's what I'm thinking:
- Thursday evening, August 21st: Drive travel trailer and someone's car to
to Smoot, Wy. Stay the night there.
- Friday morning, August 22nd: Drive car back to Preston, ID, ride to Smoot
- Friday evening, August 22nd: Drive the truck without trailer to get the
car in Preston. Get back to the trailer and sleep.
- Saturday morning, August 23rd: Drive the truck and car to Teton village,
drop off one of them, return to the trailer, ride to Teton Village.
- Saturday evening, August 23rd: Drive the vehicle left in Teton village
back to the trailer, drive back home or sleep in trailer and drive back on
Sunday.
