[ear-subscribers] vacation

Forgot to mention last week that I'm going to be on vacation from the
9th until the 12th. I will have my laptop, so it's possible I'll get
the weekly update out in a timely manner, but it's likely I won't. So
if you don't see an update, it will appear on Wednesday at the latest.
