Dear members and supporters of Salt Lake Film Society,
As you may know, Salt Lake County has a current study going on that will
assist them in determining cultural facility needs within the County
over the next two decades. Salt Lake Film Society would like to see the
Film Arts included in the master plan, so we'd like you to share your
love of cinema through participating in a SL County survey voices your
opinion to County leaders. Please take a moment to fill the survey!

Surveying Arts and Culture in Salt Lake County
Can’t get enough arts and culture in your life? Are you an arts junkie
and never miss an exhibit, play, or performance? Or do you go to one
event a year and call it good?
Whatever your level of participation in arts and culture events, Salt
Lake County’s Center for the Arts (CFA) needs your input. CFA is
conducting an online survey to understand how County residents regard
arts and culture events.
The survey is anonymous and does not require you to enter any personal
information.
You can access the survey from the County website (listed here
phonetically)
world wide web @ slco dot org
Center for the Arts plans to run the survey through August 20.
The survey is part of the Center for the Arts Cultural Facilities Master
plan. Survey results will be analyzed and incorporated in the final
Cultural Facilities Master Plan document, to be released in late
September, 2008.
The Cultural Facilities Master Plan will provide the County with a
framework for developing and sustaining cultural facilities across the
County. The processes defined in the Plan will help the County in making
decisions to meet the current and future needs of Salt Lake County’s
arts and cultural organizations, its residents, and visitors.
Salt Lake County Center for the Arts owns and operates Abravanel Hall,
Capitol Theatre, and the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center.
