If you aren't signed up for the Tour de Cure to support the ADA this
Saturday (June 14th) in Brigham City it's not too late! I have a
team of three signed up under my firm, Capital Confidence Advisors.
This ride is also on the BCC calendar. It's a great training ride for
a great cause and it's well supported on a nice route. It was the
reason I bought my first bike last year so I could prepare for it and I
was fortunate to join BCC and find great people to learn from and ride
with.
I'd like a few other members to join us and make it a good fast training
ride. To encourage you, if you haven't already registered, I will pay
half ($75) of the $150 tax deductible cost of registering for the first
5 people that respond to my email and tell me they want to do it and
then follow-up and register on the site. When you register, you just
need to do it under my team name and contribute $75. Then I can go in
and add the other $75.
Below I have pasted the email I sent out to raise funds (almost $3,000
so far). In it you will find the link to my Tour Site where you can get
in and "join the team" and register. Be sure to register under Capital
Confidence Advisors to qualify for my $75 match but wear your BCC gear
to represent our group on Saturday.

I have accepted the challenge of cycling in the American Diabetes
Association's Tour de Cure fund-raising event. The Tour de Cure is a
series of cycling events held in over 80 cities nationwide and the
Brigham City ride is a demanding 100-mile journey. I have joined
thousands of others to pedal in support of the Association's mission: to
prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people
affected by diabetes.
