Thanks for such great sessions! We had rave reviews, so that's
always a good thing! I was emailing to find out about the other
information people requested about reports after you do the initial
process map. I believe they were looking for an example of the analysis,
and steps you would list for the CEO/ED so they know what is in store.
Does that sound familiar? More of a road map of what to do after the
process.
