Thank you for the service that you provide to the community health
centers of Utah. The 2008 AUCH Annual Meeting is quickly approaching on
May 1st and 2nd at the Zermatt Resort & Spa in beautiful Midway. The
registration form is attached for the Annual Meeting; please distribute
the forms to the appropriate recipients in your organization. The
registration forms will also be mailed to your office.
Please note that the deadline for registering is April 17, 2008.
