This list serves the Utah Covering Kids and Families (CKF)Coalition. The primary purpose of the Coalition is to enroll all eligible children and their families in Medicaid or Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and maintain their enrollment for as long as they are eligible. The purpose of the Coalition revolves around three principals: Outreach to eligible enrollees, Simplification of the process and Coordination of services. Using Ckcoalition

Subscribing to Ckcoalition
